Returns

At Square Grouper Supply Co., we take pride in offering premium apparel and handcrafted offshore fishing rods. Because our products are made differently, our return policy varies by product type.


Apparel (Print-on-Demand)

Our apparel is produced specifically for your order through our fulfillment partner.

Eligible Returns

If your apparel arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect size or item due to our error

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Apparel

Because each garment is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Buyer remorse

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Custom Fishing Rods

Every Square Grouper rod is hand-built in Charleston, South Carolina using premium components.

Because each rod is built specifically for you, all rod sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom orders

  • Personal preferences

  • Cosmetic variations in handcrafted components

  • Change of mind


Damaged Rods

If your rod arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Save all packaging materials.

  3. Email photos of:

    • The rod

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we'll work with you to repair or replace the rod if the damage occurred during transit.


Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

If your rod experiences a manufacturing defect under normal fishing conditions, contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Photos

  • Description of the issue

Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Vehicle door or tailgate damage

  • High sticking

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by airline or shipping carriers after delivery


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellations

Apparel

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Custom Rods

Rod orders may be canceled only if construction has not started. Once components have been ordered or work has begun, cancellations are no longer available.
