Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Square Grouper Supply Co. We take pride in delivering handcrafted offshore rods and premium apparel with care. Because we offer both custom-built rods and made-to-order apparel, shipping times vary by product.


Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


Custom Fishing Rods

Every Square Grouper rod is hand-built in Charleston, South Carolina.

Build Time

  • Typical production time: 2–4 weeks
  • During peak seasons, production may take longer.

Because each rod is handcrafted, build times are estimates and may vary depending on component availability and current order volume.

Shipping

Completed rods are carefully packaged in heavy-duty shipping tubes designed to protect your investment during transit.

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (when appropriate)

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Apparel & Accessories

Our apparel is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner.

Typical production and delivery times:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.


Orders Containing Multiple Products

If your order includes both a custom rod and apparel, your items may arrive in separate shipments.

This allows apparel to ship as soon as it is produced while your custom rod is being built.

You will receive separate tracking information if multiple shipments are required.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

Any applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time we ship to:

  • United States

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll assist you in working with the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Apparel

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Fishing Rods

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your rod arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Provide photos of:
    • The rod
    • The shipping tube/box
    • The shipping label

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Square Grouper Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not available unless arranged in advance.
