2. Products

We offer two primary product categories:

  • Handcrafted offshore fishing rods

  • Made-to-order apparel and accessories

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Product Information

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Due to differences in monitors, lighting, photography, and handcrafted construction, colors, finishes, wraps, and other details may vary slightly from product images.

These differences do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order ships.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to an error, we may cancel or refund the order.

5. Custom Rod Orders

Every Square Grouper rod is handcrafted.

Production begins after your order is received.

Because rods are custom-built:

  • Rod orders may not be canceled once construction has begun.

  • All custom rod sales are final unless covered under our Warranty Policy.

Estimated build times are approximate and may vary depending on component availability.

6. Apparel Orders

Our apparel is produced specifically for each customer through our print fulfillment partner.

Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.

Because apparel is made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

7. Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

8. Warranty

Square Grouper Supply Co. stands behind the quality of its handcrafted rods.

Manufacturing defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • High sticking

  • Vehicle damage

  • Airline damage

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, product names, photographs, designs, artwork, and website content are the property of Square Grouper Supply Co.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Square Grouper Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with website security.

  • Submit fraudulent orders.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
